The State Rose and Garden Show is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024, offering a vibrant weekend for garden enthusiasts and families. Held at the Victoria State Rose Garden in Werribee Park, the event showcases over 5,000 blooming roses across six acres. Attendees can enjoy gardening exhibits, plant stalls, live music, and a variety of food trucks.
Highlights include expert talks from horticulturists like Chloe Thomson and Vasili Kanidiadis, interactive workshops on sustainable gardening practices, and performances by aerial artists SWAY. The Country Women’s Association will also serve their famous scones and rose-flavored treats. Entry is free, with a gold coin donation encouraged to support garden maintenance.
