The Willunga Almond Blossom Festival is a vibrant annual event celebrating the almond heritage and community spirit of Willunga. Established in 1969, the festival was initially a fundraiser for the construction of the town’s festival hall and has since evolved into a major community event. Held on July 27-28, 2024, this year’s festival promises a variety of attractions, including market stalls, live music, children’s activities, and a dramatic fire performance by the Inferno Fire Performers. Highlights include the beloved Almond Blossom Festival Cake Competition, showcasing local baking talent, and a grand fireworks display.
